Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa – Lahaina, Hawaii

If you like balmy weather, warm water for snorkeling, standup paddling, surfing and diving or simply snoozing on a lanai while listening to the sound of the waves lapping sparkling sands, then Maui is calling you. Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa is the ideal place to stay on Ka’anapali Beach on the island of Maui, Hawaii.

I had the chance to stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa several years ago in June. What’s new at the Sheraton? The Spa at Black Rock offers an indoor, outdoor type of experience, as the rooms are not completely closed in. I enjoyed listening to the surf and birds twittering in the background.

Speaking of twittering, follow the Sheraton’s Twitter link for updates on the Sheraton, Maui. You can find travel writer Nancy D. Brown on Instagram.

Dining at Sheraton Maui Resort

There are so many things to see and do in Maui that you’ll need at least five days on island. After a day of swimming with green sea turtles at Black Rock, enjoying time at the spa, or trying your hand paddling a Hawaiian Canoe, you’ll have worked up an appetite. Make a reservation at one of Sheraton’s many restaurants. I liked the ahi poke served in a stunning ice sculpture at Teppan-Yak-Dan. Even the kid’s will find something to their liking at this entertaining restaurant.

  1. You have a great site here. I found it on Blogcatalog actually. I have a travel blog myself which I hope to be a top resource for those looking to find travel experiences and even vacation ideas. I would like to exchange links with you to spread some traffic around between us. Please let me know if this is possible.JasonThatVACATIONfeeling.com

  2. The Sheraton is a gorgeous resort! It’s great to be so close to Black Rock for snorkeling too! When we snorkeled at Black Rock we just loved it! There were tons of fish, and we found it an easy snorkel for novices like ourselves! The only downside was that it was incredibly crowded on the beach there.

  3. Aloha Nancy! Mahalo for including the Sheraton Maui Resort Spa in your post. It is beautiful here right now. We’ve even started to see some whales! I hope that you can come visit us again soon – you’re welcome back anytime. Jocelyn, Public Relations Manager, Sheraton Maui Resort Spa
