The Green Cabin has a loft bedroom

At the Hocking Hills Canopy Tour near Logan, Ohio this past Saturday, a couple in my group seemed happier than happy. They seemed as if they were still in the romantic phase of their relationship. The signs were there. The sweet pecks on lips, light rub on backs and lots of smiles.

Their lodging choice for a romantic, but outdoorsy couple made sense. The Frontier Log Cabins in Hocking Hills are central to almost all area attractions. Along with the Hocking Hills Canopy Tour—one of the best zipline courses in the United States, the 40 acres of woods is close to canoeing, horseback riding and antiquing in one of the most beautiful areas of Ohio. The Hocking Hills region includes seven state parks and the Wayne National Forest.
The Blue Cabin sleeps 4
If you do stay in a Frontier Log Cabin, leave yourself room to just hang out. Each of the five cabins–secluded to give the impression you’re on the property by your lonesome, come equipped with a private hot tub on a secluded screened porch and a gas log fireplace.
The smallest cabin, the Green cabin has a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and sleeps two. The Blue Cabin, one of the largest, sleeps four.

Cabins are fully furnished and equipped with all you need for a cozy getaway of solitude and relaxation, although you do need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill.

The owners suggest you might want to bring a beach towel if you use the hot tub, as well as personal toiletries. The property also has a stocked fish pond and hiking trails.

    I stumbled across this blog post whilst looking for other Log Cabin information however I must say, these are excellent examples of Log Cabins located in nice surroundings with nice furnishings. Also, who couldnt resist a dip in a Log Cabin hot tub!
