I'm Speaking on the Travel Panel at BlogHer in Chicago, IL

I feel like the football player who won the Superbowl only I'm not going to Disneyland, I'm going to Chicago, Illinois to speak about Travel Blogging at the BlogHer conference! Our track is about passion and travel bloggers as boundary breakers. I'm not sure about breaking any boundaries, but I can tell you, without a doubt that I'm passionate about travel!
I Heart San FranciscoLast year was my first time attending the BlogHer conference as it was held in my hometown of San Francisco. I was only able to attend the Friday session because I had a travel event the next day. My favorite part about the day was attending the travel blogger meetup led by former BlogHer Travel Writer Suzanne Reisman. Our meetup could have gone on for days.
I was absolutely floored that BlogHer didn't offer a travel session at the 2008 conference. However, I was very happy that the BlogHer leaders listened to member feedback and acted on our reqest for a travel blogger panel in 2009.

EARLY BIRD PRICING AND HOTEL INFORMATION

I'm glad to hear BlogHer added a panel for travel bloggers. I attended last year's in San Fran and was extremely disappointed by the narrow focus of the seminars and panels offered--I did attend the Travel Blogger meetup on Friday that you reference. I will not be attending this year's BlogHer, because of my experience with last year's. I do look forward to following it on your blog.
Thanks for stopping by Jet Set Girls. I remember meeting you briefly at BlogHer in San Francisco. I'm pleased to say that the BlogHer folks did listen to our requests for better travel blogger representation and responded with a panel at this year's conference in Chicago.
I'd love to attend, but ONLY if the travel session will be worthwhile. Will there also be a food session? Lifestyle? Where can I find the plans for June.
