OtterBox is donating a $100 gift certificate.
Otter Box iPhone Defender Box ReviewThis Colorado-based company started with something as simple as a box. OtterBox was created in 1996, building cases geared to the klutzy traveler who has broken a device. I prefer to think of my OtterBox as offering stylish and rugged protection for my iPhone and my active lifestyle.
Each OtterBox ranges in price to $50; you'll be able to select two boxes with your gift certificate!

I love the expandable carry-on you described. These days, with so much pressure not to check baggage, I'm always looking for a really versatile carry-on. Thanks!
We do not have a single favorite holiday destination. Sometimes we opt for a "white" Christmas; other times, we opt for a warm climate. However, we do enjoy exploring places that are either new locales to us or locales where the residents really get into the holiday spirit.
Nancy, thanks for your, "What A Trip's" genoristy...we love Briggs and Riley and there
lifetime guarantee.
Our favorite holiday destination is HOME. Some day I'd like to try the tropics, a ski resort, or a huge, international city for Christmas, but while my kids are young, home is the place to be. Decorating the tree today!
Hey, I'd love to know what things you rec in San Francisco to do for active kids, ages 7-15. We'll be coming thru SF this June, I hope! Nothing like a local's perspective! So...what would be your Top 5 for the tween/teen set in mind? Thanks, in advance...
Lisa @TheWorldCalls (who really, really wants the suitcase. I have insurance on my cell!)
Travelers come to us during the Christmas season. The trip I'm dreaming toward is a freighter cruise, US to China.
My favorite holiday travel destination is anywhere on the Northeast US that has snow - spent one white Christmas in Ithaca, NY and it was magical!
Those otterbox cases look pretty nice to take care of those DAMN expensive phones! Have a nice christmas
Really great gifts for your giveaway! I have an older Briggs & Riley bag that I love and is still in great shape, even after years of abuse, but it would be nice to win a new one!
As far as a favorite destination, like Lisa we've always been at home for the holidays while our kids were young, but now that they're older we're finally going somewhere over Christmas, and I'm excited because for the first time in 15 years I'll get to enjoy a white Christmas!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season!
This year we are going to Nashville for part
of the holidays as a sort of girls family
road trip so it should be interesting. I welcome
tips from anyone since I never went to Nashville
before!

One of my favorite destination for the holidays is Williamsburg, VA. The entire town is decked out with Christmas decorations from the colonial era and the pubs/taverns have yummy menu items from "Christmas long long ago". The carol singers performing on the steps of decked out buildings and the parades down main street gives this destination a nostalgic atmosphere unparalleled by any other destination in the US. Along with a visit to the nearby Williamsburg winery and the plantations around the area including the famous Jamestown settlement provides a memorable holiday vacation.
I have had a few cases of exploding carry-ons (overpacking my old one seems to be the culprit) so this expanding one is great! My favorite holiday destination is with friends and family of course, but a ski trip over christmas and a big city for new years is always my favorite!
For the holidays, we always go back to Ohio, where our families are still located. Not quite as exciting if it were sunny and beachy, but it's worth it. Love family!

Well, I have plans to be at two favorite destinations over the holidays -- the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and then onto Hawaii. How's that for a contrast?!
We visit the Sonoran desert--but that's because we live there.
We collect Christmas ornaments from all the places we travel. We have so many now that we need two trees! You can see a few ornaments from the collection on the post I put up yesterday. Because of the tree decorations and other family traditions, we stay close to home for Christmas. But then, we live in a resort town that other people visit, so we feel lucky to be "visiting" Tucson.
But I'd love to win that Briggs and Riley bag to help me bring home the ornaments from my next trip!
I used to have to go to Iowa every year - yuck! I'm looking forward to being able to go to a beach for Christmas instead of staying home in the cold! (and man i need a new suitcase!)
These are great prizes! I would love to win.
Could I ever use an Otterbox! England is my favorite holiday destination, particularly Cambridge and London. We love our merriment with a British flavor and don't mind the long nights and gloomy weather.
Since we are not big fans of extreme crowds, we typically enjoy our holidays at home. We prefer to travel outside of the crowd-slammed peak travel periods. That way, we get a better quality of access and service at the destination, as well as a superior transportation experience. When we do travel for the holidays, we do not have a preferred holiday destination.
You can't beat NYC during the holidays! If you're up for enduring the crowds (and more crowds), it's well worth the gift of impressive lights displays (LOVE the snowflakes on the exterior of Saks right now), festive atmosphere (minus honking cabbies) and Rockefeller Center tree. Another must is my homestate - Maine. A New England Christmas is a beautiful thing, and the southern coast is priceless. Portland is always tops on my list!
Thanks for the chance to win!
Hello -- this is very generous of you -- thanks for the opportunity.
If I could spend Christmas anywhere this year, I'd spend it in Irkutsk. The crackling Siberian cold sharpens my perceptions, and the delicious scents of Russian and Mongolian foods wafting from the little stands that line the streets make me feel warm inside. On Christmas Eve I'd take a troika ride in the countryside to see the miles and miles of pines and firs covered with snow, as if God had flocked the entire countryside just for Christmas. On Christmas Day I'd attend a Russian Orthodox service and marvel at the beauty of the singers' voices naturally amplified by the grand inner space of the cathedral. Ah . . . I wish I were there now . . .
Those are both cool prizes!

what awesome giveaways! thanks for the chance to win!
To me, the beach is an ideal place for a holiday vacation. As long as it has white sand and the sound of the surf, it doesn't matter where it is or what the temperature is.
